Take in the historic charm of Skagway on a bicycle with a stop by Lower Reid Falls!

Cruise down Broadway Street towards 1st Ave to look at the gold rush monuments and snap your own pic of the famous AB Hall. Swing by the former homestead of Skagway’s founder, Capt. William Moore, on 5th Ave and maybe take a walk through the restored home. Next, you’ll want to head to the other end of town towards the Gold Rush Cemetery. Take a walk through the cemetery then a short hike through the forest to view Lower Dewey Falls – this incredible waterfall will not disappoint. Head back to your bikes and ride over to 7 Pastures for great views of Mount Harding and the Harding Glacier right by the Skagway River. If you’re in the mood for a picnic or if your rug rats need to run around, 7 Pastures is the perfect spot. Up for a little challenge? Head up the Dyea Rd to the overlook! Be prepared for a hill climb as you head up to a fantastic overlook of the town and the Lynn Canal.

Restrictions and Notes: This is a suggested route while you rent a bicycle – it is not a guided tour. Waivers are required. Alaska Law requires a basic drivers license to operate an e-bike. E-bike rentals are not available for riders under 16 years old.
